Welcome! We are thrilled to be back for our third year with the annual virtual benefits fair. Whether you participated in prior years, or this is your first time seeing the fair, we encourage you to check out all of the great information on HSBC’s benefits, programs, and other resources available to you as an HSBC employee. You can visit the virtual fair and browse information at our vendor booths between October 16 – November 1, attend webinars at our live event dates, and even stop by the lounge to grab a cup of coffee or participate in the Headspace meditation. Recordings of most live sessions will also be available. Please see the agenda below for more information.


Annual enrollment is October 21 – November 1 and your benefit elections will still go through www.yourbenefitsresources.com/hsbc, however, we hope this virtual benefits fair will help you become more familiar with our offerings.

Frequently Asked Questions

The virtual benefits fair provides an opportunity for US employees to learn more about their HSBC benefits in a fun, interactive environment between October 16 – November 1, 2024.
Yes, click on "Register Here" at the top of the page. You will be prompted to enter your first and last name and HSBC email address along with our Company Code "HSBCFAIR24" and click Save. You will receive an email confirming your registration. Once you are registered, you will need to login each time using your HSBC email address and our Company Code “HSBCFAIR24”.
All US HSBC employees are welcome to participate in the fair.
There will be 2 live virtual event dates in the Auditorium: October 23 and October 29. Recordings of most live sessions will be available after the event date in the Auditorium and thru November 1, 2024.
If you are interested in attending any of the live sessions on October 23 or 29, please see the Agenda for more information, and the Auditorium on the event dates. The remaining content including the documents within the vendor booths and recordings of the live sessions (once posted) will be available at any time
Please ensure you select “Outlook” when adding to the calendar, and none of the other options. Please do not select Outlook.com
Please visit the Agenda section above to see the listing of the live events. Once you are registered on the platform, you can add the events to your calendar through the Auditorium.
There is a virtual "Swag Bag" that allows you to save documents within each of the vendor booths located in the Exhibit Hall. You will be able to also email these documents to your HSBC email address.
At this time, the Virtual Benefit Fair is open to employees only and accessible with your HSBC email address.
